Grooming Services
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every cut. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform your barber before leaving the chair, or contact us within 24 hours. Services are strictly non-refundable, but we will always work with you to correct any issues directly.
Physical Merchandise & Products
Due to the nature of our grooming products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. Unopened physical merchandise may be eligible for exchange.
All refund requests for merchandise or NFT token purchases are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis. Please contact management directly at the shop or via phone with your receipt to initiate a review.
